No systemd really limits the options (including that OpenSUSE uses it, so I'm not sure how to read your comment). Maybe Artix Linux? That's rolling release systemd-free, though I don't know about graphics drivers. I would have suggested Pop!_OS, with has an awful name but is basically like Ubuntu without the bad stuff and excellent graphics drivers, but it has systemd and isn't rolling so YMMV.
