Hi HN,

I'm Gunnar, the founder of Accord. We've built a platform to help engineering teams make better technical decisions through structured Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).

The idea came from my own experience implementing ADRs across multiple teams. While the concept is powerful, existing tools (Confluence, GitHub, Notion) weren't designed specifically for decision-making workflows.

Accord helps teams: - Document not just what was decided, but why - Create a searchable knowledge base of technical decisions - Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders - Use AI to reduce the friction of writing documentation

We're looking for engineering teams to join our pilot program. I'd love to hear your thoughts and answer any questions about our approach or your experiences with technical decision-making.

I'm going through the process of unpacking a prototype into a product roadmap. We just came out of a meeting to kick off architecture discussions/decisions when I saw your post.

A couple of questions:

- Do you have anything online that shows what Accord ADRs look and feel like?

- How are you thinking that Accord will plug into tools and workflows a team might already be using in the PDLC/SDLC?
