Called the number, catchy 90s style jingle at the start and then immediately says "We're way too busy right now, please call back later"

Lol, guess I should have expected that.

If author is here, the "Huh?" link is unclickable and doesn't change the mouse pointer here in firefox. Inspect element suggests the message div is overlaying it.

What is it?

It's a site that lets you call a number to pretty instantly make changes to the website. Not sure how long it's gonna change un-trolled, but I think it's pretty neat!

Oh that's cool.

It now has a FAQ available at https://7159997483.com/about:

----------------------------

715-999-7483 is a phone-powered multiplayer website builder. By calling the phone number, anyone at any time can update the homepage by describing the changes they'd like to make to it. What happens when you give the public the power to change one central website? Will they use the power for good, for stupidity, and will they wait on hold to use it?

Frequently Asked Questions

How does it work?

Call (715) 999-7483. You'll be prompted to describe the changes you'd like to make to the website. You'll have 30 seconds. A queue will form if there are multiple callers.

What happens if multiple people call at once?

We have an intelligent queue system that handles multiple callers. If someone is already updating the site, you'll be placed in a queue and informed of your position. Once it's your turn, you'll be prompted to describe your changes.

Why can I only call once every 24 hours?

This shit is expensive.

Why is it taking so long to update?

What, to make an entire website using only your voice? Also, models' access and speed fluctuates.

Are there any content restrictions?

Yes. Try not to be a jerk and ruin it for everyone else.
