DeepSeek CEO Liang Wenfeng argues that critical thinkers with a deep understanding of human behavior and culture contribute valuable insights to AI development. Instead of traditional tech qualifications, he values humanities graduates and Generation Z candidates. This strategy fosters innovation by encouraging fresh ideas and unconventional solutions. Liang focuses on long-term growth by nurturing a work environment centered on autonomy and intellectual exploration.
Liang Wenfeng seems like a very interestingly independent minded person. I wonder how DeepSeek will be ten years from now.
