Hey Democrats, wake the f–k up

I feel like the Democrats actually have a strategy, one that recognizes they have no control over the House, a filibuster at best in the Senate, and no one can constrain Musk or Trump. Their plan (for better or worse) seems to be to give federal Republicans all the rope they need to hang themselves. I'm guessing the hope being that people see what they actually voted for and won't do it again.
It get it: it is frustrating that Democrats aren't at least out making stirring speeches. I want some great orator to be teeing up to win the next election, to outline a great program that has Americans going "Yeah! We want that!"
Democrats haven't sought radical change. They've campaigned on doing what we've always done, competently. They've avoided making grand promises. Which is probably wise: that kind of engineering would almost certainly make things worse. They offer incremental improvements that really ought to be kind of obvious -- they basically amount to not discriminating against each other.
Which means they're gonna continue to get creamed by people who scream "woke" any time they're prevented from discriminating, and who enthusiastically take up grand promises that we are quite certain will make things worse.
