Question: (2009 15" MBP, 8GB 1333MHz RAM, 7200rpm HDD, Mountain Lion)

    1GB wired, 3.25GB active, 1GB inactive, 2.55 free

It's confusing... If I haven't "swapped out" (page out) anything to disk, then how come I've "swapped in" (page in) 750,000 pages from the disk?
