Ask HN: Suggest some Programmers and Developers Communities

Our startup CodePorting (http://codeporting.com) offers converting C# projects, files and source code into Java in the cloud. We know that our target audience is actually developers and programmers and we are trying to get them engaged as well but through this forum, I need to ask regarding;

1- Which developers communities or groups are out there to whom we can ask for evaluating our Code Porting service and sharing their feedbacks?

2- Which technical bloggers and reviewers can you suggest who might be interested to voluntarily review our service?

Thanks a bunch for your attention in advance.
