So called AI slop helped me build multiple little tools that help me a lot with different things. The code is not good, its needlessly complicated, very hard to maintain, repetitive, etc. But I found that as long as I keep this slop contained to a function, module, SQL query, I can live with that. It works and it was build in fraction of time it would otherwise have taken me to do it semi-properly. I wouldn't recommend this for any production software. But for personal projects and prototypes - absolutely.
Trouble is when it sprawls into an unmaintainable mess. This software will all rot away
