Show HN: Track your Airbnb listing rankings, competitors and SEO insights

Hi, we’re building Homesberg AI, a mobile app to help Airbnb hosts track their ranking, monitor competitors, and adjust pricing more easily.

We've been Airbnb hosts for a long time and have also been building tools for other hosts. One thing we've noticed is that hosts constantly make changes to their listings and want to understand how those changes impact their performance.

Based on this feedback, we decided to build a mobile app that gives hosts continuous access to their ranking, competitor data, and actionable insights.

We’re still developing and getting close! If you're interested, drop your email to our waitlist: https://ai.homesberg.com/. Also, let us know if you have any feature ideas or feedback!

In addition, we collect Airbnb data daily from over 6 million listings worldwide. For now, our AI focuses on comparing your listing with competitors, but we're building powerful AI agents to deliver deeper insights and recommendations using even larger datasets.
