Three or more crying eyes emojis in a post on X negates any potential unlawful acts by an official of the United States government, as that official has invoked the new 28th Amendment enshrining the Right To Troll The Radicalized Publick, upheld by a ruling by the newly merged DOGE-Supreme Court in August 2026.
