Brain Machine Interface Use on Venezuelan Journalist in Berkeley Without Consent

Weird thing happened. Not unusual, but intensity way beyond what I can consider acceptable. Next door neighbors use words that mix with my thoughts: codes based off basic prejudices. Even listened and reply to my refutation, all thought, verbal thoughts, thinking that it's the same to use A-1 or so on, and use “foxtrot two” or some other number.

Talk about software, random most likely, but given the circumstances, Android pixel update which, before it rolled out, had the numbers moved a little to the right and the thoughts told me that before it happened. Not the first time it happens. Seems like Alphabet is peeking or using the strange experiences that happened to me, with a brain machine interface, which is really common since July 19th of 2020. Most likely some type of “using a bunch of crazies” for extremely unethical human experimentation without any consent.

This is unacceptable.

Can't do much until someone believes me.

It is obvious to too many. I can hear them. I know some are good people. No clue who does it

It's harder to sound more insane. However, brain machine interfaces are being used today and will be used as a next gen interfaces: the laws have to come before the technology for the sake of everybody. Ethics were not considered when whatever the duck this was began, but no one cares about what a lunatic says, as they like to say, and complete abuse of human rights are possible and I am survivor so far of it. Freedom of thought was first considered as a human right most likely due to propaganda, but this is quite literal: freedom of thought is at stake.

I'm writing from Berkeley. No possible delusional thought beyond the “impossibility that he knew about this before it rolled out”. Ways to do it are so many that it's stupid: I feel that in fact the thing is reversed: my ignorance of what others around me are using or abusing, tech, possibly cheap tech based of cellphone sensors, hacking culture etc is perpetuated leaving me in a bubble of ignorance around what everybody knows but are afraid to say.

I do not believe in “gang stalking” or other such delusional tool to deviate attention.

I'm allowed to publish this for a reason.

Hopefully someone will read it. Laws have to be first before the implementation of such technology under a possible fascist government that can use humans as surveillance machines.

I need to recover from an intense experience of vaughing: non consensual use of brain machine interfaces in humans. I had to make up the verb when I was living in front of UC Berkeley in 2021.

Rest is mostly scattered in my website, which has a particular tone or voice to be as irreplaceable possible by an AI.

Miku won the elections in Fortnite, is the title of the article that I need to publish.

If I don't, foul play happened for sure

This was written in Broken English and unedited on purpose. Broken English is the language of the future, kind of what they where doing but based off basic generic prejudices.

Asked them with my thoughts: do you think if this will harm you? No reply, so I guess the sources are okay with publication.

I never have or will give my consent for my brain data.

I don't hold anyone accountable, but UC Berkeley is highly suspicious for obvious reasons: whom especially I have no clue. This is the worst journalism that I can try to do, because it hardly is, but at least you get to know first from me that you can use your phone with your brain without any implants.

I'm available for interviews with someone who wants to dig into this.

Legislation is required.

Brain data needs to be sacred: it's mostly all of what we are, but not entirely.

No psychosis diagnosis, recent visit to hospital due to political display of desperation due to raise of fascism/authorianism and almost complete isolation.

The level of safety that I have and security of data is incredible. That's why I suspect Alphabet or such tech giant behind it.
