New Firefox Features in Development

Does anyone know how many people at Mozilla actually work full time on the browser?

Is it a big team? Or a small core? What's their development "model"?

Where does it indicate these are under active development? I'm only seeing feature requests.

Edit: Nevermind, I see the filtered tag now
