Tina Fey, non-constructive negativity, and the age of the Internet
Last night Tina Fey won at least one Golden Globe award, and in one speech said this,
"If you ever feel too good about yourself, they have this thing called the Internet and there you can find a lot of people who don’t like you..."
She proceeded to lovingly call out some real-life forum haters who could "suck it."
But seriously, how do you folks deal with the energy-suck that are negative non-participants/non-customers, who still want attention from you?
What about when it is a customer/participant, but they're just being a troll whose care and feeding can't scale?
