Somewhere I read an opinion that, with the exception of Neuroticism, Big 5 maps pretty directly to Myers-Briggs and back. It's an understandable exception, because the MB axes are such that everyone seems to be pretty proud of their own weightings; if we were to reconcile the two systems we'd probably need to come up with a rebranding of neuroticism.
