Hello HN! I'm a solo founder and before that, I built 2 startups in 5 months.

After spending months building products that nobody wanted, I founded Nexidea to help startups answer critical questions early on:

Who needs this solution, Who am I competing with, What technology stacks can I scale my app with?

No unnecessary information - just actionable reports and infrastructure plans.

I would love your feedback and your worst 'I did it but nobody came' stories.
