The end of infinity: Droste factory closes

Probably meant to use "Infinity" instead of "Infiniti"?

...whose parent company Nissan, is incidentally is also having financial troubles.

It is about bedtime for me but I am going to read the wikipedi article. I took a glance and am suddenly curious about the "Droste Effect" in medical art. It did not originate with the chocolate maker but was named after them. It is also referred to in the article. Thank you for suggesting to look it up.

I know nothing of the company but am sorry to see a little living history go.
