Show HN: I made a tool that automatically finds your customers on social media

I built Leapscope.co that helps you find your customers on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Reddit—automatically. Leapscope scans social media to discover posts where people are discussing topics relevant to your product, making it easier for you to engage with the right audience.

It also collects high-potential leads by pulling detailed information like contact email, job title, location, company, and more. These leads are well-picked based on their likelihood to buy your product, so you’re not wasting time on cold prospects. This streamlined process helps you focus on leads that matter and makes outreach incredibly easy.

This process is all automated, so you don’t have to manually search for opportunities or sift through irrelevant posts.

I’d love to hear your thoughts on how I can improve this. All feedback and suggestions are welcome!
