FTC Sues PepsiCo for Rigging Soft Drink Competition

I’d be curious if this could impact the $1.50 Costco hot dog and soft drink which defies inflation because it’s more than likely subsidized by Pepsi Co these days (Coca-Cola prior) rather than the narrative of Costco’s own supply chain.
