Hey HN,

We’re Oisin and Earl, building Missio, an AI tool to automate routine tasks in your product stack.

Missio integrates with your tools via APIs, connecting platforms like Slack, Linear, Jira, and HubSpot. Our always-on agent monitors events across these platforms, processes them, and takes action when possible. Additionally, our copilot feature allows you to interact with these APIs directly, streamlining your workflow.

We’re seeking feedback on the usefulness of this tool and insights into the tools you use in your product stack. How can we assist you in enhancing your workflow?

Check us out:

Looking forward to your thoughts!

I’m Earl, the CTO of Missio. I’m here to answer any questions you might have about the product, the tech stack, or anything else. Feel free to ask me anything!

Hey! this is exciting to see! Hi Earl and Oisin! (I've had the pleasure of meeting Earl and Oisin face to face a few times. Really friendly and smart guys, fwiw based on my convos they are very serious about building a compelling product, excited to see it on hn!)

Thanks! I appreciated our face to face chats as well :)

Very cool Product Earl. Do you think this will be able to automate standup updates duration for teams ? I think it can bring down the standup time to minimum to none.

Hey Bhanu! Oisin here, co-founder of Missio. Glad you like the product! We’re working on automating standups by proactively monitoring activity across Slack, Jira, and other tools. Missio will compile updates, highlight blockers, and send a quick summary—slashing that meeting time big-time. Let me know if you’d like to try it out!

Good stuff! Fortunate enough to have met both cofounders and they are bright and hard working! They are not playing around!

interesting, it it only for product management or also managing other productivity flows? i've been using phidata and o-mega.ai, are those similar? i like the idea of a more general agent platform for managing my productivity workflows (autonomously)

We’re more focused on a plug-and-play approach for product management and the broader product stack, so folks don’t have to build their own agents from scratch. We’re definitely open to exploring custom agent-building in the future, but at the moment, we see big value in offering an out-of-the-box solution. Both are cool tools that have definitely inspired some of the stuff we're working on. We also think there’s huge potential for broader productivity workflows, so if that’s something you’re after, we’d love to chat!

Is there anything specific that you had in mind for other productivity flows?

Oh this is super cool. Makes things a lot easier for me. I will be using this.

Glad you found it helpful! Let me know if you need any help setting it up!

Congrats on the launch! How has it been using Missio internally?

Thanks! We’ve fully integrated Missio, and it’s been a game-changer. My favorite part? It handles emails for me—sorts what’s important, drafts, and sends. What used to take 30 minutes now takes 5!

Interesting concept idea apps! How does Missio handle workflows?

Thanks! Missio uses an LLM to handle tasks from plain English prompts. No need for workflows like Zapier—just tell it what to do, and it handles the API calls for you.

Been waiting for someone to build this
