My Backstory I almost flunked my Management Information Systems major at Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) because I found the technical side of things boring at the time. Fast-forward to last September 28th, 2024: I had a bike accident that tore my AC joint ligament, leaving me stuck at home for months. With nothing else to do on evenings and weekends, I threw myself into coding—thanks to the power of LLMs and AI, I finally found a way to make the technical stuff engaging!
What is Leger? Enterprise-Grade: Built with Next.js, Stripe for payments, and Auth0 for secure organizational management.
HIPAA-Compliant: Data is stored at the organization level with top-level security.
Multi-Language Support: 60+ languages for transcription.
Long-Form Voice Dictation: Up to 3 hours with 99.7% accuracy.
Custom Templates: H&P, SOAP, or any other format you require.
Enterprise Integrations: SSO, MFA, and other enterprise-level solutions.
Leger is designed to be your personal AI medical scribe—at half the price of competing products. It can stand alone or integrate with an EMR that needs transcription capabilities.
Why It Matters ChatGPT (Plus and Pro) has been like having a team of junior developers working 24/7, speeding up the development process by 10X. I want to share that efficiency with healthcare professionals and organizations that need a reliable, cost-effective AI scribe solution.
Call to Action Partner With Me: If your EMR platform or healthcare org could benefit from adding a robust AI scribe, let’s talk licensing or integration partnerships.

Also recently had an AC Joint tear and probably in a similar boat to you, time to work on stuff at home haha.
Would love to hear if you have any tips for healing the injury and getting back to sport properly, as I'm a bit worried about it. My contact is in my profile if you want to email. Thanks :)
