Where do you learn/read about leading product designers better?

Not a product designer myself but taking care of a product team. I am an software engineer.

Hope to learn from the community!

Product Designer Playbook - This is one of the best guides I have seen. This originated from Pivotal Labs, their product design and development practice was honed through 20+ years of weekly retrospectives. I suggest archiving a copy of it.

I also suggest downloading a copy of the Product Manager playbook. https://www.vmware.com/docs/vmware-tanzu-labs-product-manage...
