2. Download AnythingLLM (RAG) + ollama or lm-studio for local. (or use cloud)

I tried both AnythingLLM and LibreChat, expecting that I would be able to point them at a folder of files and get some kind of RAG working. But it doesn't seem possible, they appear to only allow me to upload files one by one in the chat interface. I don't know if I missed something obvious, but I couldn't see how to watch a folder.
