Meanwhile I keep thinking about how Puerto Rico has more US citizens than 10-ish states but isn't granted any voting representation in the federal government. Do you think such a system is fair and just? One where millions of people are subject to federal law without any voting representation in the house or congress? Puerto Rico gets a token non voting representative, which makes them completely powerless and easily ignored.
