I want to build from a prebuilt AI to help with coding

Been coding and now I want to crack into AI with sth that's convenient and don't suck for privacy. I've checked out:

- HP Z8 Fury G5: https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/pdp/hp-z8-fury-g5-tower-workstation-customizable-3f0p6av-mb

- Dell R940xa: https://www.dell.com/en-ca/shop/dell-poweredge-servers/poweredge-r940xa-rack-server/spd/poweredge-r940xa/pe_r940xa_12870

- AnonAI On-premise: https://www.autonomous.ai/anon-ai/anon-ai-on-premise

Want to check out more options around $15k. I'm looking for something that's easy to set up, private for data analysis and is convenient to use without requiring endless config tweaks. Any options beyond those? Thanks.
