Ask HN: Most innovative business website of 2024?

My partner is turning her passion for interior design into a business. I'd like to help get her set-up with a new site, but I'm looking for a fresh and fun site design (look & feel) feel to propose. It's rare that I see something truly novel in the website design and UI/UX space, so I thought I'd pulse the HN community for new ideas and examples.

Are potential interior design customers really looking for a "fresh and fun website design", as opposed to something standard, simple to navigate, and that readily shows off her interior design work?

Maybe I'm just jaded, but I feel like an out-of-the-box design here would just take attention away from her actual work and/or frustrate visitors who just want to see some pictures.

Yep, good point. I was just hoping I could see if there was an example out there of something that had a good balance between fresh and highly usable/efficient to get prospective customers the info they need quickly, reliably, but also in an inspired way. I think some modern restaurants strike that balance, but others fall flat. Perfectly valid point though.

https://linear.app/ has a clean design

I dig the flow. Thanks.
