How is Quart not near the top of the list?

Reflex looks pretty interesting, does anyone have any experience with it or similar for large complex apps?

It seems really nice as a way to avoid having multiple languages in a project, since static analysis is bad at crossing language boundaries, but I'd imagine you might run into limitations.

I hadn't actually come across Quart before, but can definitely consider it for next years list. For large complex apps Reflex's main website is built fully in Reflex and the code is all open source.
