Australia moves to drop some cryptography by 2030 – before quantum carves it up

Can anyone comment on why ECDSA and ECDH are on the list? Are elliptic curve cryptography algorithms vulnerable to quantum computing?

Edit: To answer my own question, Shor's algorithm can also be used attack EC (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shor%27s_algorithm#Feasibility...).
