Return-to-work mandates are an invisible pay cut

Just doing the math, if I wasn't working and they made me return I would again be collecting a paycheck that I wasn't getting otherwise ;)

True, it may not be the same pay that I was getting before but it would be a visible increase compared to unemployment :)
