Surprised to see Apple can create the M cpu series and that it has a hard time with this. What makes it particularly difficult?
Given how much of the motivation behind this is licencing issues with Qualcomm, I imagine one big challenge is designing around not infringing on Qualcomm's patents.
This is correct. Apparently there are two key patents getting in the way.
