Apps like Roots help cut down on mindless scrolling w/ features like app limits & downtime. Less time scrolling = more time to focus on real, verified info and staying intentional online.

it’s everywhere now hard to avoid but tbf Apps like Roots make it easier to set limits and be more mindful. Stuff like tracking usage and scheduling downtime can really help break the cycle and stay more present IRL.

Balance feels harder to find, but it’s doable.
