Confiscation. Calls home. Sealed pouches. Why schools struggle to ban cellphones

I don't get it. Just like in China, just get the phones from students in the beginning of the course, put then in a box, teach and when finished give the students their phones back.

Why ban cellphones completely? Why ban them "even during the lunch" or "through out the day"? It's utterly brain dead!

This is so stupid. Why is there always black or white.

I really fed up of such things.
