Sadly, it might not be so much of a mismatch in this case, since they don't want any AI to be careful and scrupulous and correct... It just needs to rubber-stamp the actions they wanted to take anyway.

Either way, history shows this is dangerous stuff for any country to play around with: The Nazis had an earlier "solution" deporting their victims outside German borders.
