You can get a response by asking ChatGPT to provide the response on a PDF or text doc. You’d have to tell it to provide the PDF with no other text alongside it. (Just the PDF)

Just guessing, but Wikipedia has three David Mayers:

So, ChatGPT could be trying to prevent giving terrorists publicity, could have some prohibition against discussing political figures, or (probably most likely IMO) could have prohibitions against members of the Rothschild family being discussed to prevent it from spreading conspiracy theories.
