How Biden Made a Mess of Ukraine

Two takeaways from this. Russia was a mess and America is not prepared for conflict in the 21st century. Our trillion-dollar defense budget and NATO Alliance couldn't meet the needs of supplying Ukraine with what it needed to win this conflict.
This sentence contradicts itself, twice over actually.
Just think about the order of events.
The war started in 2014, Obama the Picnic planner did nothing knowing full well it was coming. He along with Merkel carried out a quiet arms embargo where Ukraine wasn't even able to buy a bullet from the West while Russia took land in the East.
Trump at least sent Javalins during his term.
Biden took office and also wouldn't support Ukraine. Even after the full-scale invasion of the country in Feb 2024 he didn't want to help. He let Ukrainians sit under 30k shells a day while he pondered if sending them artillery would escalate the situation. They didn't provide anything for 3 months at the start and then they slowly dripped things in keeping Ukraine barely in the game. 6 months for artillery, almost a year for air defense while Russia bombed their civilian population, 1.5 years for tanks, never any F16's but finally ok others after 2.5 years. He was a total failure.
What reason do we have to believe that he "knew full well" it was coming?
Now we (the rest of the world) are only watching how big will be the size of the bite. It will be funny to watch how Trump if be able to frame the loss as a win or if he will just plain give in
