Is this meant to imply Russia is using bioweaponary or just is it just coincidence? I'm genuinely unsure if this is one of this "saying it without saying it" things by the Journal.
It would be very difficult to establish even if it was true. It is not impossible that someone thought this would be a good idea. It might even be a trial for something worse. Who knows.
Please file war crime charges since these bioweapons are highly illegal everywhere
