EU customers receive HTTP 503 errors from outlook.office.com

Microsoft says all systems are up and running, not sure if this is a localized problem or not. Can anyone pitch in?

It's not just you. I'm also in the EU experiencing an outage.

Thank you. Now I can let them know they're alone!
