Having lived through several of these cycles I see articles like this one and I have to wonder if the we are close to the top of the AI boom?

If you go to the rental car places they’re filled with out of state licenses plates.

People who said they’d never come back.

There will just be another boom.

You'd have to pay me with a pile of cash to consider putting up with current SF lol.
