Overall, I like it: it's straight to the point and simple.

Two improvements I'd suggest:

- It'd be good to have a bit more detail about what day-to-day responsibilities are. How much of the WP work would be designing stuff vs. coding? Will there be any server admin?

- You need to indicate something about the money. The benefits look great, but don't add up to much without knowing whether I can expect a mickey-mouse rate or not ;) For the same reason, I wouldn't apply as the ad currently stands.
