Ask HN: Losers

Has anyone built a site that detects 2 classes of stories:

1. Submissions which rapidly fall off the front page

2. Submissions which get significant upvotes and never reach the front page

Personally, I would be interested to review this list periodically.

Sometimes I see something on the front page and would like to read and discuss more but subsequently discover the submission is gone or difficult to access.
