You cannot shrink the federal government by firing "unelected bureaucrats"

Who ever said anything about shrinking it because they won't be getting paid? That's not what it's about at all.

It's about getting rid of the nepotism and corruption by downsizing the bureaucratic state. That's obvious to anyone paying attention, this argument is a non sequitur.
