Spotify's Plans for AI Generated Music, Podcasts, and Recommendations

AI's endpoint in regards to "content" -- I use this term as broadly as possible -- is infinite bandwidth; every experience is deeply personalized.

In the early days of broadcast, there were a few radio stations and 72 hours of television programming in a 24 hour day.

Then cable came and more programming for dozens of special interests came into existence.

The Internet and streaming created yet more content that was both deeper and immensely broader on the dimension of special interests. In every niche there are hundreds if not thousands of creators.

Gen AI is an exponent. Every consumer if media can have their own creator tuned specifically to their nuanced taste.
