It's Suno (generative AI).

It is AI. To me, it sounds pretty... bad. I don't think there's a fundamental reason AI couldn't generate music that sounds good. But the vocals sound to me like they're coming through a super low-bandwidth VOIP codec.

Stylistically the music was good, but composition seemed to lack direction. It sounded "noodle"-y, as often happens in jam bands. There's no motif or strong melodic idea to anchor the song and give it an identity.

There's still a long way to go.
