Interesting post. Thank you. Agreed Wells should be read widely. Szilard actually became very concerned about world peace after new with Wells and tried to stop the non being dropped after learning Germany did not have it. This is a warning to what we build today.
He was very farsighted and agree with you, should be widely read to warn of the dangers of what we build - so we can build responsibly.
