Microsoft's latest tactic to get you to use Edge is a $1M prize

TFA has no indication of the odds of winning the sweepstakes.

If it is like most sweepstakes, the odds that any given user will win will be so tiny as to not really make it worth the effort of using edge or bing.

"The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received from all Jurisdictions." <https://promos.microsoftrewards.com/US/en/MS/7/rules>

The rules indicate that "if you have a Microsoft account you’re already a member." <https://rewards.bing.com/sweepstakes/million/about>

As few hundred million accounts in the eligible regions. That's around the same odds as a Powerball lottery.

I have no idea why Microsoft even maintains a Chromium fork. All Edge does is give Google something to point at when regulators call them a monopoly.
