I think so, but Arm won't be what kills x86. Both AMD Strix Point and Intel Lunar Lake have great performance and battery life, to the point that at least Strix Point is actually on par with Apple's M3.
RISC-V is going to kill all other architectures in the next 10-20 years with its lack of licensing restrictions.
