I wanted to read some info about the site, like where the photos come from, but the limited info that is provided is in the footer, which instantly gets pushed off the screen when you try to scroll down to it I had to disable javascript so I could read the info in the footer.
The footer has almost no info but it does says this: "We provide a curated collection of stunning images from various sources."
What sources? My first guess was this is just a wrapper around Unsplash. I looked at the source and I was close, it's just a wrapper around a similar free stock photo site called Pexels.
The Pexels license does say attribution is not required but I think you should offer it anyway. The bigger issue is that the license specifically says you can't use the photos for a site like this:
"Don't redistribute or sell the photos and videos on other stock photo or wallpaper platforms." https://www.pexels.com/license/
But I need to point out there's a somewhat annoying problem with using CSS columns and autoupdating content. When you scroll down enough and new images are loaded, these are inserted last, the whole thing is then redistributed into the columns by the browser and this moves images from one column to the previous.
This not only means that new images only appear in the last column but also that the images jump both through columns and up, making the user miss some of the pictures. While that is a minor problem, it also produces a more annoying effect of confusion because on each update the images you were currently seeing you see them disappear in a weird flurry.
