Why you'll never be successful (and live a mediocre life) (2014)

Mediocre life means family, kids, a roof over ones head, work, hobbies. I think mediocre is really underrated.

Bro the higher you go the more impersonal it becomes.

Wild Horses is a song that the Rolling Stones wrote about not wanting to go on tour. "Wild Horses couldn't drag me away"

Slash from GnR 1985-1993 and again 2016-present hates to play big stadiums and prefers the usual suspects small venues in L.A. (Rainbow, Whiskey..) because in his words "you play in front of 70,000 people who know everything about you, but you know nothing about them, they all love you, they all want an autograph or a picture but nobody sees you as a human being, and you see all them starstuck and think they could never be my friends, my friends for real"

Successful means what exactly?
