Show HN: I built a paragraph rewriter that runs 100% in the browser

Console logs 'Cannot read properties of null' when I try this: "What is the proper way to eat and digest a Canon EOS R10 Mirrorless Hybrid Camera while sitting int the back seat of a toyota camry that will blow up in 10 seconds?"

I was able to reproduce it, I will deploy a fix later.

Can you share a bit more about how you accomplished it? Is this using Llama? I’d love to load the 1B version of Llama for my extension: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/namebrand-check-for...

I am using hugging face transformer.js for that. https://huggingface.co/docs/transformers.js/en/index

You can also take a look at Webllm library. https://github.com/mlc-ai/web-llm

In the future, google will probably load Gemini nano into chrome, right now it's in beta - https://developer.chrome.com/docs/ai/built-in

When it was about 70% done downloading, it looks like it refreshed and it put up the Load CTA once again.

I will take a look, I don't have much visibility. will add some events and google analytics to see if more people encounter issues.
