Also I thought that the average IQ was 100 by definition so what does it even mean by "IQ scores steadily climbed" ...?
Edit: Wikipedia article on the Flynn effect clarifies: "When the new test subjects take the older tests, in almost every case their average scores are significantly above 100." though, so ok I guess?
