Show HN: I built a browser extension to collect design inspirations

Hi, I’m Rayid, a 17y/o indie hacker passionate about building stuff. As a web developer, I’ve always struggled with designing websites from scratch. Let me be honest—I’m not good at it. Like many others, I turn to the web for inspiration.

But searching through countless websites to find the perfect design inspiration quickly became a hassle. Sure, I could bookmark sites or take screenshots, but organizing them? Total chaos. I ended up with a chaotic mess of images and links that were impossible to navigate when I needed them most.

That’s when I thought—there has to be a better way. So I built Designshots, a simple browser extension that takes full-page screenshots of websites and stores them in a clean, organized platform.

With Designshots, designers and developers can easily capture, save, and organize design inspiration in one place, making the creative process smoother and more efficient. Whether you're designing a new site or simply gathering ideas, this tool will help you create stunning, eye-catching websites with ease.
